Antenna Beam (角ビーム, tsuno bīmu) is a bolt of electricity fired from the antennae. The attack shocks its victims, stunning them.

Zanzōken (残像拳, literally "Image Remaining Behind Skill" or "Double Shadow Fist") or Afterimage Technique is an ability to move so swiftly that an image of the technique's user is left behind. Most often it is used to dodge an incoming attack and get behind the opponent to perform a counter-attack. Its usage is not limited to just counterattacks, though.

The Exploding Wave (爆発波, Bakuhatsuha) is a powerful attack in which the user manipulates their ki to disrupt the planet's geomagnetic field. With a swift upwards motion of the hand, this technique's user can create a massive atomic explosion that has the potential to cause an almost endless crater in a desired area nearby.

Explosive Demon Wave (爆力魔波, Bakurikimaha; English "Exploding Powerful Demon Wave") is a very powerful blast shot from one hand, with the other arm supporting the one that is firing the attack.

Death Ball (デスボール, Desubōru) - an attack, where a spark of ki lights on the index finger, and once enough energy is gathered this spark may grow to the size of a small moon. When ready, this Death Ball is thrown towards the target. Typically this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent.

Death Beam (デスビーム, desubīmu), originally Frieza Beam (フリーザビーム, furīzabīmu) is a lethal, powerful technique used by Frieza. He extends his right arm and fires a small, very fast bullet-like beam/laser of ki from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through an opponent. Able to be fired exceedingly quickly while maintaining precise aim.

The Destructo Disk is Krillin's signature move and most powerful attack. The Destructo Disk is a razor-sharp disk of energy that can slice through nearly anything; its main weaknesses are that it's generally slow to create, it lacks accuracy, and it can't be guided once it's thrown.

Eye Lasers (光線眼, Kōsengan) are precise laser-like beams shot from both eyes. Potency varies, but most are very fast and able to nullify weak attacks and small projectiles, as well as cripple opponents and damage other objects. The Eye Lasers can vary in colour from red to a bright blue-tinged white.

The Kaio-ken ("Fist of the Worlds") or the Kaio-Ken Attack was a technique invented by King Kai, in which Goku was the only person ever able to successfully use the technique. In the series, the Kaio-ken is a technique that multiplies the user's ki for a "heart beat", enabling them to inflict serious damage to foes who are considerably stronger than them.

The Masenko (魔閃光; Literally meaning "Demon Wave"), is a beam attack used by Gohan and Cell, but taught or taken by Piccolo. The attack is performed by the user placing both hands above their head with the palms facing the target and one hand in front of the other with the fingers going in opposite directions. When the user thrusts their hands forward, they call the name and fire a beam of yellow, white or orange energy.

Multi-Form (四身の拳, Shishin no Ken; English "Fist of Four Bodies") is a bunshin-type technique invented by Tenshinhan.In the 23rd Tenka-ichi Budōkai, he used this technique to divide himself into four separate beings, each with ¼ of his power, to fight against Goku, who, after a bit of initial trouble, knocked out all four Tenshinhans with a single hit each.

Mystic Attack-This is a Namekian technique that allows the user to extend their arms or legs.

The Power Ball is a technique used by Saiyans to mimic the presence of a full moon. By combining ki with the planet's atmosphere, a ball of condensed Blutz Waves is created.

The Scatter Shot (連続閃光弾, Renzoku Sen Kōdan; English "Hellzone Grenade") The Scatter Shot technique consists of a combination of many energy waves fired at a very rapid rate, similar to Continuous Energy Bullets. A more complex form of the technique also exists, the Guided Scatter Shot, where any number of launched waves can be suspended in midair, and directed to home in on their target.

Special Beam Cannon (魔貫光殺砲, Makankōsappō; English "Light of Death"; Literally meaning "Demon Impaling Light Killing Gun") The move is performed by touching the index and middle fingers of one hand to the forehead and charging enough energy to attack. When ready the fingers are extended forward, the attacker shouts the name of the attack and a two thin ki beams are unleashed from the fingers. One remains straight while the other coils around the straight beam. The resulting beam is quite powerful, drilling through most targets, and exploding on the ones it can't. It can also be used with only one arm (as when Piccolo used it the for first time). The main disadvantage of the attack is the time required to build up enough energy for the highly focused burst, however, with enough concentration, this can be bypassed.

The Taiyō-ken (Fist of the Sun), known as the Solar Flare in the English dub, The technique is performed by the user flying in front of the sun and placing their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes. The user then calls out the name and a blinding blue light fires out that blinds everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. Because this is simply a flash of light, it will work despite any gap in power between the user and the target. This technique is defensive rather than offensive, and is mainly used as way to gain the upper hand or in order to make hasty retreat. Because of the nature of the attack, it has almost always been extremely effective. The technique is rendered useless if opponent is wearing sunglasses or if they close their eyes.

The Tri-Beam (気功砲, Kikōhō, lit. Ki Blast Cannon) is a life-risking attack used by Tien. The Crane hermit taught it to him. In the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament, Master Roshi states: "It is a devastating attack that should never be taught." The user puts both hands together where the two thumbs touch as well of the rest of one's fingers, forming a triangle shape. A huge yellow beam then fires from that "triangle" after long, hard concentration. To pin point a target, the user's eyes zoom in on the target. It can easily kill the target or even the user, as it drains an enormous amount of energy. Interestingly, this technique leaves a square hole in the ground, instead of a triangle.
